Paper pulp pallets light robust durable and inexpensive

This innovative moulded paper pulp packaging product meets the most exacting standards: cost effective, eco-friendly, offering excellent protection, stability and strength and meeting all new EU legislation on packaging materials and waste. CellPal pallets are manufactured using a pulp injection moulding (IMP) technique, offering excellent stiffness and seamless connection.

Using wooden pallets?

CellPal pulp paper moulded pallets compare favourably against standard wooden export pallets. CellPal is not subject to costly ISPM15 heat treatment regulations which can cause products to be delayed or rejected. CellPal is extremely tough and will not splinter if poorly handled. CellPal has moulded leg supports which cannot separate from the body of the pallet. CellPal is not assembled with potentially hazardous nails.

Using plastic pallets?

CellPal moulded pulp pallets are biodegradable and fully recyclable. CellPal can be recycled in a commercial waste paper recycling process without the need for expensive sorting, grading and granulating. CellPal will not slip or slide on smooth surfaces such as those found on vehicle beds, handling equipment and fork trucks. CellPal will not shatter or crack causing plastic strapping to become loose and ineffective.

Using cardboard pallets?

CellPal pulp pallets will not absorb excessive moisture. CellPal can be trusted not to collapse in a cold store or damp environment. Cellpal does not require excessive hand assembly or rely upon non eco-friendly materials such as EPS for its strength. CellPal molded paper pulp is strong enough to be considered a multi-trip reusable product.
