Bespoke designed cardboard packaging solutions

Cellpak Solutions manufacture standard folding cartons (or to give them their Fefco designation, 0201 cartons) for the dispatch, distribution and wholesale industries.

We also supply cartons to companies that package large items in volume and can provide suitable corrugated packaging containers for use where a heavy-duty transit carton is required, for example the office furniture and removal industries.  Other uses for our corrugated cartons would be for bulk shipment of fast moving consumer goods and electronics, mail order packaging used for sending items such as books and clothing, mailing delicate goods.

Our standard corrugated cartons are generally manufactured from brown or white corrugated board which can be directly flexo-printed up to 3 line colours. We provide single wall boxes and double wall boxes; coloured corrugated boxes for gifts and speciality retail items including china and glassware can be designed and supplied.

For a more professional looking printed carton we can manufacture your cartons using corrugated board which has been litho-laminated.

Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP)

Cellpak can design and produce a comprehensive range of shelf-ready corrugated packaging and point-of-sale packaging for manufacturers and retailers.

Corrugated cartons and fittings designed to collectively package small items for both delivery and display is a vital tool in the FMCG and retail marketplace to minimise cost by relieving handling processes.  This type of shelf-ready packaging, or SRP, is one of our specialities.

Our shelf-ready packaging is in use on supermarket shelves throughout the UK with innovative tear down panels and tear strips incorporated into the packaging design to enable fast restocking with the minimum of human effort.

Solutions in corrugated

Corrugated cardboard is, and always has been, what is now referred to as an eco-friendly or green packaging material.  This is due to the high percentage of recycled raw material used in its manufacture and the ease of which it can be further recycled.  Corrugated packaging is a very adaptable and brand-friendly material that can ultimately when fully branded turn heads in-store.

Our track record in producing innovative, highly effective bespoke die-cut cartons and inserts is second to none.  We can develop a bespoke carton to meet the particular needs of your product, the hazards of the shipping environment (shock, vibration, compression, moisture, etc), and the demands of retail.

Our flexible manufacturing process allows for simple and quick to assemble corrugated packaging that rarely needs taping, one-piece outer and inner cartons, locking tabs, corner protectors, die-cut windows, unique designs crafted for non-symmetrical items, crash-lock bases, bespoke die-cut cartons for wrap-around automated lines...

If you would like to discuss your corrugated cartons requirement, these are the details we will need...

Size of carton
Carton dimensions should be measured internally: Length x Width x Depth (carton openings determine the top and base). Measurements should be specified in millimetres

Corrugated board grade
Tell us what board your carton should be made from (e.g.125K/125T B). Don't worry if you do not have this information or if you are unfamiliar with the board grades and flutes: simply tell us about the product that is going inside the carton and what it weighs and we can suggest a suitable grade.

Quantity of cartons required
We need to know the exact quantity of cartons required and the maximum quantity you could buy in one order. Sheet board is sold at discounted rates for higher quantities; we like to pass on this discount to our customers.

Printing options
If the cartons are to be printed - let us know how many colours and how many sides/panels. Do you have existing artwork or would you like us to design the artwork?

Style of carton
Please determine the style of your carton by determining the FEFCO style.

Don't know where to start? Don't worry! If you've got the product, we've got the packaging: just get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
