packaging supply chain consultants

Are you experienced at producing multi-functional retail packaging that is suitable for shipping and then putting directly onto shelves for the display of goods?

Yes!  We are experienced in this type of packaging which is referred to as either "shelf ready packaging" (SRP) or "retail ready packaging" (RRP), we see this as one of our specialities.

Our designs for SRP and RRP packaging incorporate innovative tear-down panels and tear strips to allow the outer secondary transit packaging to become the in-store on shelf packaging dispenser, saving on the extra labour of your staff having to physically remove products from their shipping cartons and place the products on the shelf according to the correct merchandising guidelines.

Shelf ready retail packaging is the result of modern supply chain efficiencies that have transformed in-store shelf filling practices for food packaging, pet product packaging, hardware packaging, cosmetics packaging and more.  Minimal handling and maximum branding potential combine to make an extremely cost-effective packaging solution.

Cellpak Solutions are experts in the design, construction, manufacture and distribution of SRP and RRP – meeting your needs from pack size and packing process through to logistics efficiency and finally, customer experience.  We will also help you to ensure that your packaging is not excessive, has as low a weight and as little waste as possible.
