CARDBOARD PALLETS - UNIPAL
UNIPAL is a modular system which outperforms all other corrugated pallets on the market today. This is due to the unique construction of stringers and cross-stringers which provides an outstanding beam strength in all directions.
UNIPAL meets all packaging requirements ( phytosanitory measures ISPM15 ) concerning wood boring parasites and pests for international shipping as well as cleaness regulations for use in pharmaceutaical and food preparation environments as it overcomes potential mould problems as designated "clean rooms" restrict the use of fumigated pallets. The pallet is environmentally friendly as it is 100% recyclable.
UNIPAL is approximately ¼ the weight of an equivalent 800mm by 1200mm wooden pallet as the net weight is less than 6Kg. This can dramatically reduce freight costs and handling costs. In addition no mechanical assistance is required when handling the pallet itself thereby safeguarding the health and safelty of production staff and reduces the chance of injuries caused by loose nails, jagged edges or splinters.
Unipal has a dynamic load up to 1 ton and static loads up to 4.5 tons and so offers strength similar to that found in wooden pallets. Unipal is therfore suitable for use in racking systems.
