Cellpak Solutions have a 10,000 sq ft warehouse located in Waltham Abbey in Essex, just 2 minutes from Junction 26 of the M25. This convenient location, just north of London, enables us to make fast and frequent local deliveries into Central London and to the Greater London area, whilst also providing excellent transport links to ferry ports, airports and the rest of the UK by road and rail.
At Cellpak, we can handle all your storage needs. Your goods can be shipped directly from their manufacturing facility, or port of entry, to our warehouse where we have a secure, gated yard that allows excellent access for all types of vehicle up to and including 40 ft articulated vehicles.
We have forklift trucks and a variety of handling equipment, employed by our competent warehouse and handling staff, to unload your consignment. Once unloaded, identified and stock checked, your products will be carefully loaded into our racking and storage bays.
Your inventory is managed through our excellent stock management and print procurement packaging system. This robust and easy-to-use vendor-managed inventory system enables our clients to check stock levels, call off orders and specify delivery dates and locations, all with the peace of mind that stock levels are updated automatically ensuring that your packaging supplies inventory is correct at all times.
The team at Cellpak can develop and bolt on tailored fulfilment and fulfilment reporting solutions that suit your particular products and market – from a simple order management solution to a fully integrated e-commerce driven “web-store” solution – and information regarding your inventory storage, co-packing project or client order fulfilment can be provided to you simply by emailed reports or tracked in real time via your own secure client login.
At Cellpak, we pick, pack and distribute orders on a daily basis enabling a next day delivery service. For UK and overseas deliveries we use a combination of our own vehicles and carefully selected third party transport providers. We offer both time critical and standard packaging delivery services with the backup of a full track and trace facility.
By using our management forecast for print and packaging materials base-stock, our customers are able to commit to larger packaging and print orders, taking advantage of our rolling board stock and thereby purchasing their packaging base-stock in higher volumes and directly benefiting from large cost savings.
